Saint Motel: At Least I Have Nothing

Saint Motel has released a new song on their upcoming first vinyl album called 7 inch which will be released November 28th. The song is called "At Least I Have Nothing" and it is a departure from the playful, quirky tones that the indie pop band is known for. That is not to say that the track is still not great because it is. It also gives the message that sometimes the people who have the least are the people who are most free. In a society that is increasingly becoming based on materialism this can not feel more poignant. Check out the song here and let me know what you think.

New Song From Of Montreal

Of Montreal has released a new song on their website called "Wintered Debts". The band was rumored to have a new album coming out in early 2012 called Paralytic Stalks. Whether this new song will be on the album remains to be seen but what is certain is that this 7 and a half minute number definitely deserves to be somewhere.
